Instructions For Use: Remove shoes and socks. Place the Arch ball mini on a flat and level surface. Gently roll the foot in a forward and backward direction for approximately 5 minutes. Ensure light pressure is being applied to the ball to create a deep tissue massage type feel. If sustained discomfort remains, reduce the amount of pressure being applied. When complete, change to the other foot. If pain persists, you need to consult your Doctor or Podiatrist.
