At The Comfort Co NZ, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below for full details.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in fully resellable condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • One Return per Order: Only one return or exchange is allowed per order number.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Shipping Costs: All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in a resellable condition
  • Items purchased from other retailers (we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through our website)

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Contact us at 0800 827 954 or email info@comfortcoshoes.co.nz to organise your return.
  2. Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging. Place the shoebox(es) inside a shipping carton or satchel.
  3. Send the parcel using NZ Post or any authorised mail carrier to the following address:

  4. Retain your tracking number for reference.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible to arrange a resolution. We will guide you through the next steps.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Returns for refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Our team aims to process returns as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary during promotional periods.

6. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value only.
  • Please contact customer service to arrange your exchange.

7. Returns for Purchases via Other Retailers

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from The Comfort Co NZ website. Please contact the original retailer directly.

8. Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt until your return is confirmed.
