These are very cute shoes and the arch support they come with is great. When I opened them and tried them on they seemed fine, but after about 5 min wearing them out of the house they completely ripped up my heels and my pinky toes. Have had to invest in some moleskin to be able to wear them without bleeding, which is a shame given the 'comfort' brand. If I could return them, I would.
